The live broadcast system has broken the boundaries of the industry. 1. Front-end equipment. Devices such as mobile phones or cameras collect and process the live audio and video content before they are pushed to the platform origin server (using a multi-machine cluster hot backup mechanism). In order to prevent the platform from being affected by the downtime of a source site server during operation, disrupting normal operations.

2. Origin server. After connecting to a professional disk array storage device, when the source site server receives the relevant data, it will automatically copy and distribute it to each CDN node, and send a copy to the transcoding server. Subsequently, the transcoding server is performing real-time transcoding, and it will also save the real-time live stream recording to the disk array to prevent users from replaying it later.

3. Since audio and video content needs to be completed by a high-performance server, in the process of real-time transcoding, there are often problems that cannot meet the needs due to improper considerations. For example, if you configure an eight-core processor to do video transcoding, you need to make transcoded 1080p video at 8x speed or even higher. After all, the current live broadcast application belongs to a large-scale live broadcast operation with high concurrency. At different time periods in each live broadcast room, hundreds or even thousands of live streams will be transcoded in real time. In this way, more high-configuration servers need to be configured, and the cost will increase relatively.

4. The transcoding of the live stream must be real-time, and the transcoding delay must be within 1s. There is still a certain gap to the previous 2-3s delay. If it is possible to make certain changes in the original technology, it will take longer for the developer, and there is no guarantee that the development effect will be better than the former.

Therefore, in order to ensure that the audio and video transcoding can proceed smoothly after the development of the source code of the live broadcast system is completed, some customized transcoding schemes can be adopted to avoid unnecessary accidents. Not only need to work harder on the configuration of the server, but also pay attention to whether it has a high degree of real-time performance, and whether the transcoding delay can be controlled within a certain period of time. In the development process, we still need to work harder in all aspects of technical realization, and the choice of machine equipment configuration.

The true distance is based on the antenna installing height , antenna gain, using environment like building and other obstructions , sensitivity of the receiver, antenna of the receiver . Installing antenna more high and using in the countryside , the distance will much more far.
