1. Live on-demand card, flower screen
1) All live channels and on-demand programs are stuck
Solution: Check the network! Mostly it is an access network problem. Observe whether there are the same stuttering and blurring phenomena at other nodes. Such failures are regional, time-period, and continuous. The same user may have such problems for a period of time.
Typical case: Some users in a certain area have severe stalls. The reason after investigation is: the OLT uplink bandwidth utilization has reached 100%, and the BAS uplink bandwidth utilization has reached 80%. The problem needs to be expanded.
2) Individual live channel cards and screens
Solution: There are two possibilities: one is that the network bandwidth is not enough, and the user bandwidth is not enough to support users to watch some programs with too high bitrate. The characteristic of this phenomenon is that as long as it is a high-definition channel or program, it is stuck. Smooth. The other one is that a certain program or channel freezes or freezes. This is most likely a problem with the program source.
Typical case: CCTV1 high-definition channel will have a mosaic phenomenon every 5 or 6 minutes, and will appear in the same position when looking back time shift, other channels do not have this phenomenon. After inspection, the radio and television encoder is faulty.
2. The user cannot log in
1) Unable to log in to the newly installed machine
Solution: Check the network and account, first check whether the user's home broadband can access the Internet normally, and then find the local value-added to check whether the access account and service account of the set-top box are normal.
Typical case: Many hotels in a certain city failed at work. I couldn't watch the TV from 8 to 9:30 in the evening, and the ITV connection progress of the set-top box was 7%. The cause of the failure was that the capacity of the board on the BAS exceeded the processing capacity. Cut some users on this board to another BAS, and the fault is rectified.
2) Suddenly unable to log in
Solution: Check the network and find the BOSS to check whether the business account is in arrears.
3. Live broadcast black screen
1) Black screen of HD channel
Solution: Insufficient bandwidth
2) A single channel black screen
Solution: Most of the live program sources are cut off.
3) All black screens
Solution: If the same PON port is used, change the optical modem. Change the set-top box, or contact other local sites to broadcast live is normal.
4. Incomplete homepage display and picture display
Can log in normally, single-user home page display and picture display are not complete, mostly set-top box problems.
5. There is no image and sound, and there is no sound if there is image
The possible fault is that the connection between the TV and the set-top box is not normal.
6. Sound and image are out of sync
Possible reasons for the obstacle: film source problem or set-top box failure.
