How to solve the common problems of iptv network TV set-top box?

Nowadays, with the development of society, the Internet and TV in people's homes are basically connected together. A total optical modem can not only watch TV, surf the Internet, but also make calls. 1. Unable to turn on: first check whether the power indicator is on, if it is not on, please check the power plug-in, and when it’s on, check the TV’s input channel;

2. The remote control does not respond: check whether the remote control is pointed at the machine, and whether there is any obstruction between the remote control and the machine; replace the remote control battery, try again whether the remote control can be controlled, switch the machine again, try to see if the remote control returns to normal, and contact the local distributor Contact the business to confirm the problem;

3. There is no sound if there is a picture: press the remote control to increase the volume, and increase the volume of the TV.

4. There is no HDMI output: plug in the HDMI cable again, and make sure that the TV is switched to the corresponding HDMI channel;

5. Online video freeze: It must be the network environment is not good, or try to switch to a low resolution, if it is a wireless network connection, switch to a wired network;

6. Online video cannot be played: some video sources cannot be played, please try to play again; if all the video sources cannot be played, switch the machine and try to play again, the front-end system has an error, and it can be watched normally after the front-end system is repaired.

How far(long) the transmitter cover?

The transmission range depends on many factors. The true distance is based on the antenna installing height , antenna gain, using environment like building and other obstructions , sensitivity of the receiver, antenna of the receiver . Installing antenna more high and using in the countryside , the distance will much more far.

EXAMPLE 5W FM Transmitter use in the city and hometown:

I have a USA customer use 5W fm transmitter with GP antenna in his hometown ,and he test it with a car, it cover 10km(6.21mile).

I test the 5W fm transmitter with GP antenna in my hometown ,it cover about 2km(1.24mile).

I test the 5W fm transmitter with GP antenna in Guangzhou city ,it cover about only 300meter(984ft).
