DIY TC9153AP volume control circuit

The principle is a potentiometer IC, R1 in series respectively to the one described above in FIG inputs, R2 resistor. After my test, when the resistance is 47K, the piece with a large dynamic CD playback will appear distorted when increased to 68K after the distortion disappears, so DIYER can choose according to the actual size of the resistor. After my class of 96 times magnification, late at night when one meter test basic hear the horn noise, the effect of the volume control IC is also excellent.
Do their own PCB, though a little ugly, but after spending a few days of hard work, but this is the real DIY ~ ~ ~
 

Here in need of special note are:
1) where the audio with the power ground must be strictly separated, or will be introduced around 10Hz modulated pulse;
2) C1 electrolytic capacitor in parallel with the resistor R3 is mainly controlled initial volume, large capacity the initial volume large, otherwise small.
3) does not shield the IC, of course, the best shielding.
Well after all adjustments, you can use, and I put this little wrench into the amplifier chassis, near the input terminals of the idle position, it seems not destroy the layout and appearance of the original amp it!
