After three years, I officially found a job in research three, and I found the work as an internship. Generally speaking, we will not be too picky for internships, because this is just a chance to exercise; and we have to carefully consider and screen for a long-term development unit.
During the study, my written test and interviewed companies have the following, I will explain one by one in time.
1. Shanghai Wen Guang Baiview (Bestv)
This is the first company that I have interviewed since I study and studied, and the location is near our school. The company cooperates with China Telecom to jointly launch IPTV business, and its nature is a bit like operators, and many softwares are outsourcing to other companies.
I am in January 2010 to the company interview, it is the news of the recruitment interns on the BBS of the school. After coming to the company, a few years older recently received me, and brought me into a room that appeared in the conference room. The interview is not very formal, the professional thing is hardly asked, I will introduce myself, then ask my basic situation, and finally ask how long the internship time is, winter holiday is going home. I will say that you can practice more than half a year, winter holidays don't go home. So, I got Offer on the spot and I went to the company on the next day to participate in the training. Later, I learned that the work I have to do will not involve professional knowledge, and it is not so easy to get OFFER.
2. Soft-pass power
This is a company I have interviewed in the 2010 Summer vacation, mainly doing software outsourcing business. At that time, we had a lot of people to interview. There is no interview waiting in a lobby. When you call your name, you follow the small room to interview.
This interview is very unregulated. It was the interview with ten o'clock, and I have been dragging to me nearly 12 points. After entering, you will introduce yourself first, then the interviewer has asked some questions. I remember to ask me some C ++ things, including classes, inheritance, etc. The entire interview process lasted for about 20 minutes.
Interestingly, the interviewer saw my English grades better, I suddenly told me to introduce myself in English, this is not prepared. So, when interview, we still have learned random response, and many things cannot be predicted in advance.
3. Alang
Angqing Island R & D ZTE is in the September 2010 to come to Nanjing. Because it is a soft research, there should be a written test first, then it is an interview.
The written test is inside the meeting room of the Nanjing Branch, and several people surround a table. There are a lot of knowledge points involved in the test paper, including: operating system, programming language, network, and finally there are intelligence questions.
The interview is inside a hotel, one on one. The interviewer asked something more, including: professional knowledge, living conditions, etc. Sometimes, we think that the private problem is very bad, but this does happen to interview, so there should be psychological preparation.
4. Nanjing Ericsson
Nanjing Ericsson is in the past year, I am going to interview in September 2010.
At that time, I was two people, one is a Swede, one is Chinese. The whole interview is expressed in English. After completing self-introduction, the interviewer is mainly asked by resume. In a more interesting place, they will ask more careful, and this is also self-performance.

ZTE 2012 recruitment is divided into written test and two rounds of interviews.

Interview place in a hotel in Hunan Road. The interview is divided into professional interviews and integrated interviews.
In the professional, I first introduced themselves, and then the interviewer asked me what project did. When the interview was in half, he suddenly called me to write a bubble program on paper. It seems that we are not just that you will say, you will do it. The entire expertise lasted for 20 minutes.
The comprehensive face is relaxed, and the interviewer is almost asking, and it is chatting. At this time, we don't want too much to die, and you will show your true side.
6. Huawei
For software research and development, Huawei 2012 recruitment is divided into test and interview.
The test includes three programming questions, mainly to investigate the ability of students to write code. Among them, the front two is relatively simple, and the third must move the brain to get it.
The interview is divided into professional faces and BOSS faces, and there is a pressure test in the middle. Professional face is mainly to see the professional skills of the employed, asking the things that have been done, the internship experience, etc. The BOSS surface is relatively easy, mainly to examine the comprehensive capacity of the candidates. The pressure test is mainly to see if the candidate is able to withstand the work strength of Huawei.
7. Trend Micro
Trend Technology is not much every year, so it is high for students' requirements.
I am on September 2011 to take a written test. All the questions are written in English (this also reflects the characteristics of foreign companies), and the difficulty is relatively large. The whole test is part of several parts: operating system, C ++ or Java (self-selected), data structure / algorithm, design mode, computer network and intelligeral questions.
8. 360 security guard
360 security guards came to Nanjing recruits in mid-September. I participated in the company's written test and interview.

I didn't participate in Baidu's written test, but attended a telephone interview on November 8, 2011.
The whole interview process lasted for about 25 minutes, and the interviewer first out two programming questions, and how to judge the linked list, and another is how to form a queue structure. After that, the interviewer saw that I had the experience of the operation and maintenance, I asked me in this regard.
13. Xiaomi Technology
The written test of Xiaomi Technology is November 11, 2011.
