1, STM32H750VBT6 + ESP8266 + OV2640 Development Board circuit solution (PCB + routine)
This development board uses STM32H750VBT6 as the master, using three SPI Flash, two of which as the master QSPI Flash can be used to store code, data.
A SPI flash is used to save the master ITCM code. When downloading the program, the ITCM code is downloaded to this SPI Flash by downloading the algorithm.
When the main control starts running, the Flash in the master is copied to the code in the SPI Flash into the ITCM. After the copy is completed, the master starts running the code in the ITCM to achieve the reads of the main frequency speed level.
The two SPI Flash as QSPI cannot be written while the single-chip runs, and the remaining SPI Flash can be written, but it should be noted that not to rewrite the part used to copy to ITCM.
SPI Flash uses the maximum read clock frequency of the W25Q128JVSIQ suffix for JVSIQ to achieve 133MHz with V versions of STM32H750VBT6 finally implemented 120MHz read clock frequency.
If the QSPI peripherals use the PLL clock, it can even achieve higher frequencies.
