Mechanical production process
Since the author's speaker is a 18-inch domestic professional box. The speaker is new, but the cabinet is damaged and can only be re-produced. The treble speaker is 8Q aluminum alloy rectangular angle, nominal power 80 ~ 120W, measured DC resistance 6Ω, magnetic steel φ100mmx20mm, each speaker net weight of about 2kg. A variety of 4.7 μF, 3.3μF, 2.2 μF, 1μF capacitor string are actually discharged. It feels most ideal with 2.2μF / 630V capacitor sounds marked with CBB22. The low-wave speaker is 8Ω18-inch aluminum alloy bask rack built-in paper pot bass, nominal power is 160 ~ 400W.
