Dismantle
Take out the upper and lower stacked calories, and the calorket is waterproof. The glass rear cover is fixed by the glue, and there is a large-scale buffer cotton on the back cover. The back cover can see the FPC antenna and NFC coils are fixed on the antenna module.
The top antenna module and the bottom speaker module are fixed by screws. NFC coil, laser focus sensor soft board, flash soft and FPC antennas are fixed to the antenna module by rubber, and there is also a foam on the flash soft board. The vibrator is fixed to the speaker module by rubber.
Remove the motherboard, panel, front and rear camera and RF coaxial lines. The main board shield is coated with a thermally conductive silicone, which is conducive to heat dissipation.
After removing the motherboard shield, it is found in the unicorn 990 processor, the Baron 5000 baseband and the Haisi fast-filled shield. The motherboard uses a double-layer stack design, and an antenna plate is superimposed above. This is also the same as NOVA 6 5G.
The battery is fixed by easy-pull tape, and it can be removed depending on the prompt.
Remove the main panel connection soft board, fingerprint identification soft board, side key soft board, light sensing soft plate and handset. Fingerprint recognition The side fingerprint recognition scheme of the ontum is used, and the fingerprint recognition soft plate is fixed by a screw, except that it is fixed.
Finally, the screen and the inner support are separated by heating, and the two heat transfer copper tubes supporting the front surface are removed. After the removal, the screen did not directly fix it directly, but added a black plastic frame around it.
