The author finds a lot of bile ducts, including 6AS7, this tube is double triode, often used in the electron pipe power supply. With larger output current and low internal resistance (470 Ω), "transplant" in low frequency amplifiers, the effect is very good.
The circuit is shown (only a sound), and each channel is used for three bile ducts. G1 uses high μ double triode 6n2. Half is a pre-electrical voltage amplifies, and the level gain can reach 32 dB. In order to improve the frequency characteristics and simplify the circuit, the following measures are taken. 1. Between the pre-amplification and inverting phase, direct coupling is used between the excitation stage and the end. 2. The secondary winding of the power transformer (110V) is rectified by D5 ~ D8, passed through C8, C9, and the π-type filter is directly to 6AS7 screen, the cathode, and superimposed on the power supply of about 300V (230V windings), so 6AS7 The gate negative pressure can be taken from the 8N1 screen, thereby simplifying the bias circuit of 6AS7. 3. The power supply of the output stage uses a suspended power supply.
R5 and R7, R8 and R9, R12 and R13 resistance in the circuit are as coherent. The electrolytic capacitance is a pair of flat CD15 (axial single solder sheets), the outer casing of C8, and C9 must be installed after insulation. Only two resistors need to be debugged, adjust the two-screen stream of the R10 (static) 6AS7 asked by 20mA to 30mA, then enter 460mV-1 kHz sinusoidal signal at the IN side, and adjust the R15 to have about 9.3.
