71M6513 and 71M6513H are highly integrated SOCs with MPU kernel, RTC, flash memory, and LCD drivers. Our transform technology (Single Converter Technology®) and 21-bit σ-Δ ADC, Six Road analog input, digital temperature compensation, precision voltage reference, 32-bit computing engine (CE), only a few low cost external components can support each Multi-phase design. The entire system is based on 32 kHz crystal, and the internal backup battery supports RAM and RTC power supply, further reduces system cost. Multi-channel UART, I2C, power failure comparator, 5V LCD charge pump, up to 22 DIO pins, and improve design flexibility in system programmable flash memory. Devices provide standard precision (0.5%), suitable for multi-functional residential / commercial tables requiring multi-channel voltage / current inputs and complex LCDs or DIO configurations.
