NBA3N200 / 1 / 6S multi-point low pressure differential signal transmission (M-LVDS) linear driver / receiver series operating power supply 3.3 V. Both NBA3N200S and NBA3N201S support up to 200 megabi (Mbps), a common mode voltage range - 1 V to 3.4 V. These devices have categories 1 (Type-1) receiver, detect bus states in a common mode input voltage outside the common mode voltage range as low as 50 millivolts (MV). On the receiver, the differential input voltage is lag 25 mV to prevent oscillation due to the slow change input signal or the input loss.
The NBA3N206S also uses a category 2 (Type-2) receiver with a threshold of 0.1 V, supports the signal transmission rate of 200 Mbps. The bias voltage threshold function of the category 2 can detect the failure of open, idle bus, and other possible damage to the system. These devices are used in automotive applications such as pixel headlights, particularly for data transmission between the front headlight control unit and the front headlights.
The 140 MV rated dual output linear regulator NCV8154 input voltage ranges from 1.9 V to 5.25 V, with two separate input voltage pins. This device is highly optimized for powering the RF (RF) module in the automotive info entertainment system, providing very stable and high-precision voltages with ultra-low noise and high power suppression ratio (PSRR). The low pressure drop (LDO) regulator NCV8170 is specifically designed for portable battery, such as automobile cocktails, consumption is typically only 500 Na'an (NA). Moreover, dynamic transient enhancement characteristics enhance the transient response characteristics of the device.
NCV8715 is a 50 mA (mA) high stability LDO, the input voltage is as high as 24 V, the ground current consumption is 4.7 mA (UA), which exceeds the full output load range. The device is very suitable for automotive grade microcontroller units. Both NCV8154 / NCV8715 / NCV8170 provide thermal shutdown and limit protection characteristics to ensure reliable operation.
The company also introduces a single N-channel MOSFET that provides incredible low-conducting resistance values to minimize conduction loss and improve overall work energy efficiency levels. MOSFET NVMFS5C404NL, NVMFS5C410NL, NVMFS5C423 NL, NVMFS5C442 NL of the rated voltage was 40 V, and the conductive resistance value was 0.56 mΩ, 0.71 mΩ, 1.6 mΩ and 2.2 MΩ at 10 V, respectively. It is complementary to these devices that are 60 VnVMFS5C604 NL, NVMFS5C612 NL, NVMFS5C646NL, and NVMFS5C670NL, and the conductive resistance value is 0.93 mΩ, 1.2 mΩ, 3.8 mΩ and 5.1 MΩ at 10 V, respectively. These devices extends the ANESICAL semiconductor for a wide range of MOSFET product lineups for power switches, load switches, motor controls and other automotive applications.
