Coupled resonator in 5G antenna circuit, how to design

In terms of coupling techniques for terminal antennas, this paper proposes a new coupling reduction technology suitable for terminal antennas. Using two or more coupled resonator networks, parallel or cascading on two antennas or multi-antennas, through reasonable integrated design network parameters, the coupling reduction of the antenna and antenna matching remains [12] ~ [14], this decoupling network, called "coupled resonator decoupling network", which is a basic schematic diagram of Figure 2. The main features of the network are: 2, the decoupling network coupled resonator circuit schematics 1) Small size and easy integration. The latest low-temperature coefficient-based ceramic technology can be packaged in 1608, which is ideal for mobile terminals. 2) This network can be a set of comprehensive design theory based on antenna parameters. Due to network parameters controllable, the decoupling network tends to achieve relatively broad decoupling bandwidth. 3) The decoupling network does not rely on antenna form and parameters, as long as the resonant frequency is determined, a mechanism can be adjusted to accommodate various antennas. 4) parameter characteristic of the decoupling network itself ensures that when decoupling, does not destroy the matching of the antenna itself. For 5G to meet the miniaturization of mobile terminal devices, we use a 1608 packaged low-temperature co-burning ceramic (LTCC) technology to achieve the decoupling network. The medium dielectric constant used is 9.8, which has a total of 19 laminated layers. See Figure 3 for example, see Figure 3.
