In the advanced semiconductor process, the largest lacircon plant core international SMIC's 14nm process has been mass production, and the 12nm process of improvement is also imported, and excellent results have been achieved. Considering the backwardness of the domestic semiconductor process, the light counting the core international is not good. Shanghai Huahong Group has repeatedly penetrated the 14nm FinFET process, and the SRAM yield has reached 25%.

More than 50 supplier partners attended that Huahong Group executives shared the latest developments in the company.
Huahong said that 2019 is the crucial year of China's capacity expansion and process improvement, and many projects have made important progress:
· As the first manufacturing project other than Huahong Group in Shanghai, Huahong Seven Factory realized successfully put into production on September 17. The first phase of 10,000 grades of production capacity is successful and complete a series of process verification, enter normal production. At the stage, the fastest record of the industry's similar production lines was created, which became the first 12-inch specialty craft production line in mainland China, and also the first 12-inch power devices foundry line in mainland China;
· Huahong Liufeng has been put into production since October 18, 2018, the production capacity climbing is smooth, and there is currently 20,000 installed capacity of the monthly production;
· Huahong Wu Factory realizes two consecutive years of profit, annual shipments, and single-day operations have become high;
· Huahong Hongli's 8-inch specialty process manufacturing platform (Huahong 1, II, three plants) continued to be leading in capacity, operational efficiency, and earnings for 9 consecutive years.

In addition to the construction of capacity, Huahong Group has also obtained a number of important breakthroughs in technology research and development, and the newly developed 65/55 nano-nano-point range of RF and BCD feature technology platforms are in the international advanced level; 28 nm technology (28LP / 28HK / 28HKC +) achieves mass production; 22 nm R & D is rapidly advanced; 14 nano-developed or significant progress; the leading process of more advanced technology nodes is rapidly deployed.
Especially the latest generation of craftsmanship, Zhao Yudhang, chief engineer of Huahong Group, pointed out that its 14nm FinFET process has passed through the whole line, and the SRAM is 25%, and it will advance quickly in 2020.
This is also a specific yield of the Huahong Group's 14nm process, and the 25% yield of the SRAM chip must not work for production, but it is already a big progress against R & D and experiment.
At the overall progress, Huahong's 14nm process is definitely less than 14nm from SMIC. The latter 14nm process has reached 95% last year, and has begun to enter the mass production period, more than one year in advance than the national scheduled goal. It is now being able to improve the energy improvement and new process.
