Emperor Launa launches 500W LDMOS transistor in 433MHz band

Empleon Semiconductor (AMPLEON) is now facing industrial heating, defrost, plasma lighting, and medical applications to introduce LDMOS-based BLP05H9S500P power amplifier transistors. The operating frequency range of the BLP05H9S500P ranges from 423 to 443 MHz, which provides up to 500W output power in pulse or continuous wave mode, and achieves a typical drain efficiency level that has not been developed so far. This first-class characteristic can minimize the required amount of cooling, while saving space and operating costs. In addition, the product also designs a light push-pull transistor amplifier that can withstand 10: 1 stationary wave ratio (VSWR) at 50V voltage, without damage or performance degradation, thereby further simplifying System design and protection circuit. BLP05H9S500P is manufactured based on AMPLEON's 9th generation of high-voltage LDMOS process technology, and uses a low thermal resistance OMP780 package.
