Based on the above consideration, in order to play the high-quality quality of the existing amplifier, enjoy the shocking bass effect, the author designed this D bass amplifier. We know that the efficiency of the D-class amplifier is very high, the lower the frequency, the smaller the distortion, and the human ear is not sensitive to low frequency, so use D. This amplifier power peak can reach 350W, almost no heat sink, with the original bookshelf speaker, plus a passive low cannon, can constitute a complete sound system. The principle is shown. The sound signal is introduced from P1, P2. After buffering isolation and active high-pass filtering, the original power amplifier system is connected by P3, P4, because there is a buffer level, so the left and right channels have high separation, due to filtering The frequency ingredients below 150 Hz are lost, which effectively reduces the burden on the original system, ensuring that the entire system has a large dynamic range. After the high-pass filter, the volume is adjusted to the comparator U2A after the volume is adjusted through R11. U2B and U1 constitute a sawtooth generator with a frequency of about 100 kHz. The U2A compares the signal and the serrated wave, obtain the PWM wave, the advance stage is working in the switch state, effectively reduces the power consumption of the post-level. Q1 and Q2 are pushing tubes, with high frequency pairs of high frequency greater than 20A, and the author uses IRF150 (40A, N-channel) and IRF9150 (40A, P Channel). C11 is protective electrolysis, the protective speaker is not damaged by direct current, and the larger the capacity is, the better.
L1, L2, C1, C2 are filter elements, in order to prevent 50 Hz AC films, the larger, better, and the capacitance is greater than 100 V. There is no filter network in the output, because the bass fraft is highly resistant to the 100kHz switch ingredient, even if it is released, it is omitted. It is important to note that the digital portion (U2, U1, the post-stage push tube) should be effectively isolated, especially the U5 part, which is largely grounded, preferably with a separate power source and packed with a copper foil. All circuit wirings should be reasonable, the wiring is as short as possible, preferably a little grounding, and the large current portion is onto the copper foil.
