However, an imported hot air soldering station is expensive, and the domestic hot air soldering station must be two or three thousand yuan, most maintenance personnel can only look at it. The hot air soldering station is mainly composed of temperature-adjustable heat generating elements (ie, the heat source); the air pump (i.e., wind source) is composed of two parts. The heat generating element uses the electric furnace so that the temperature will be achieved by changing the voltage regulating circuit composed of two-way handable silicon to change the voltage at both ends of the electric furnace wire. The gas pump is replaced with a gyrohole pump for fish tank. The oxygen pump is self-contained, and the adjustment of the air volume can be achieved. In order to use the safety, the heat generating element (i.e., the electric furnace) uses a transformer to electrically isolate 220V alternating current. The transformer specification is about 100VA, secondary 36V. The electric furnace wire can be used for 600 to 700W, and a segment is taken at 12 to 13 Ω, so that the heat generating power of about 100 W can be obtained at the working voltage of 36V, which can fully meet the usage requirements under general conditions. If a larger electrothermal power is required, it can increase the power of the transformer and the power of the electric fooler. Of course, the air pump is also exchanged, and two pumps can be used in parallel. The steps of making and installing hot air soldering are as follows: (1) First find a suitable outer casing (metal or plastic can be found according to the volume of the transformer used and the air pump), and the transformer, the air pump is fixed to the outer casing. Then, two voltages are installed on the front side of the outer casing, indicating the operating voltage of the electric filament and the air pump, respectively. The two potentiometers of the pressure are mounted on the front of the housing. (2) Installation of the electric furnace. Find a 25 ~ 35W internal thermal electric iron taking the soldering iron and soldering iron head, put the electric furnace wire into the original iron core position, and connect its two ends to the wire of the soldering iron. (3) Joint of air pump. A plastic tube (Material PVC polyvinyl chloride) is found in an inner diameter, which is about 1 m (not too long to meet the distance from hot air welding station to the workbench). The plastic pipe wall cannot be too Thin, otherwise it is easy to collapse the wind to produce resistance in the bending. One end of the plastic tube, the other end is installed on the tail of the soldering iron, and must ensure that the connection cannot be run. Before the plastic pipe is installed, the power cord of the electric furnace should be loaded into the tube, and the power cord uses a soft-plastic line (because the maximum operating current can reach about 3A, so the soft-shaped copper core is not too small). Two small holes are opened in the appropriate position of the plastic tube, and the soft plastic wire is pulled from the small hole and connects the both ends to the secondary stage and the iron joint column. When the plastic tube is taken out from the casing, it is slightly fixed in the shell to prevent traction, and the plastic tube is detached from the air pump interface. This is not completed here. This hot air solder station is removed from the 100W power, the multi-pin element of the integrated circuit, its efficiency and convenience are far more than the use of electric iron
