This color display is the M34TZT20x55, and the deflection coil model is ODY-D1455, which can be changed to color TV as the color TV described in the problem with the commercially available color TV motherboard without replacing the deflection coil. But you need to make the following changes and adjustment:
1, the change of the route
Since the two sets of rowless deflection coils of the color show are used in parallel connection, as shown in Figure 1. The DC resistance in parallel is 0.5Ω ~ 0.7Ω, and the commercially available color TV motherboard cannot be driven directly. Therefore, it is modified. The four wires (self-numbered A to D) of the row-deflecting coil should be welded from the terminal, and the two wire heads of each set of coils are different from the multimeter electropper block, and then the two coils of the two coils are connected in the order (in series) It can be, as shown in Figure 2. Note: The polarity of the coil is correct when connecting. Otherwise, the grating is X-type.
It is worth mentioning that. There are four junctions on the waters of the waters, and there will be 8 wire heads after welding the wire, and 4 wires are row-to-line tabs, and 4 wire heads are colored pure corrected coil tits. At this time, the corresponding coil can be separated by the DC resistance between the measuring line. For 14-inch color shows, the DC resistance of each set of deflecting coils is 1.1 Ω to 1.4 Ω, and the DC resistance of the color pure correction coil is greater than 1 Ω. For the color of the colored pure correction coil, the deflection coil and the color pure correction coil are connected in series according to the foregoing method. Then both are connected in series as the final row. If the test machine finds that the image is pure, the color pure correction coil is turned off with the row-deflection coil, or remove the color pure correction coil. In addition, the inductance should be removed when the linearly corrected inductance in series in the variable deflection coil is modified.
2, change of field deflection coil
If the DC resistance of the deflecting coil of the video field is around 10Ω, it can be directly driven by the color TV motherboard, ie there is no need to change. If it is 40Ω to 60 Ω, the two sets of field deflection coils are required to be connected in parallel, as shown in FIG. 3, so that the DC resistance is 10 Ω to 15 Ω. If the test machine is a narrow belt. Remove the connector of any set of deflection coils.
Note: In the modification, it is not possible to change the contraventing elements connected to both ends of the original deflection coil. Otherwise, there will be poor gathering, color pure, etc.

3, adjustment after modification
If the test machine is modified, if the line is abnormal, the following method can be adjusted: First, the bus, modify the h size (or h amp, h width) data; the second is to adjust the S correction capacitance capacity (the larger the capacity, the narrower ). If the field is abnormal, the field amplitude V size data in the bus is generally modified. When special (adjustment field data is always not normal) can change the negative feedback sampling resistance resistance value in the field output circuit (the original resistance value is 1.5 Ω ~ 3Ω).
