The CP8030B / h is lightweight, and it can be used in the current crowded circuit board; the small clamp can detect current in a tense space while still clamping a wire having a diameter of up to 5 mm; and a continuous current of 30A can measure the peak of 50A. The current, the CP8030B provides a bandwidth of 50 MHz, and the CP8030H provides a 100MHz bandwidth; the probe has 30A (10x) and 5A (1x) two ranges, 5A (1x) range is particularly suitable for small current measurement, with a resolution of up to 1 mA.
First, CP8030H current probe operation method:
The output terminal of the machine is disposed inside, when using the oscilloscope, select the high input resistance (1 MΩ). If the input resistance is 50Ω, it cannot be measured correctly.
Make sure that the measured current does not exceed the maximum current. With the rated value, the magnetic core is saturated. The core is saturated in the process of saturation.
The raw waveform portion is cut off, excessive impact current, even causes the magnetic core to be unable to accurately encapsically, and needs to be retracted.
After inserting the power, the machine may have deviation due to its own fever, but it will be basically stable after about 30 minutes.
Magnetic fields such as transformers, large circuits, etc., may result in normally determination when strong magnetic fields, radio, etc.
The voltage will cause a deviation due to the ambient temperature, so it must be noted when continuous measurement.
Sometimes the frequency of the current is measured, resulting in the generation of circulatory sound, which has no effect on the measurement.
Will have an effect due to the location of the tested conductor in the sensor header, adjust the conductor to the center of the sensor.
The switch lever is pushed to the "UNLOCK" flag at the time of measurement. Confirm that the lever is locked, and the overall portion is indeed closed. If the overall part is not unable to close, it will not be determined.
If in the high frequency field, the high potential measurement of the circuit is inserted, it may be affected by the noise, and the frequency band of the waveform observer can be defined if necessary, or insert a low potential side.
Second, CP8030H current probe operations precautions:
When unplugging the output terminal, remove the connector, unlock the connector, unlock the hard or hard pull cable, the output terminal will be damaged.
When entering an input terminal other than the BNC terminal, please pay attention to the polarity of the input terminal.
Continuous maximum input range is a fixed value formed by the temperature rise of the body's own fever, please do not input a current that exceeds the fixed value, it may harm the machine.
Continuous maximum input range will vary depending on the frequency of the measurement current. More than maximum current continuous use can cause the probe to be burned.
When the current exceeding the maximum input range is continuously input, the internal protection function is started due to the heat generation of the sensor, it is not possible to output it normally. Stop the input current immediately, and need to be fully cooled to enter the next normal operation.
If at high temperatures, the protection circuit is maintained by the measurement current below the maximum input range due to the internal overcurrent protection circuit.
When the connection input exceeds the maximum input range current, it is possible to damage the machine.
When opening an overall portion, you must operate through the switch controller.
In the lock (LOCK), please do not apply pressure on the overall portion by pressing the direction.
Preparation before measurement:
Prepare high-frequency current probe CP8000 series products, adapters (supporting adapters), oscilloscope. The CP8000 probe is connected to the power supply, the green power indicator is on.
Set the oscilloscope: Measurement mode ground, oscilloscope zero; oscilloscope measurement mode is changed to DC mode. According to the measured current size, select the appropriate range, the default range of the probe is a large current range.
Impagnetic, zeroing:
Connect the CP8000 and an oscilloscope (confirming the input impedance of the oscilloscope to 1 MΩ).
Lock the probe, the "UNLOCK" logo disappears represents the probe lock.
Press the degree of cancel the automatic zero button to measure the zero zero. After approximately 6s, there will be a successful tone "嘀" two tips.
Measurement methods:
Confirm that the above steps are correct.
Pull open the switching lever of the sensor to open the sensor head, so that the current direction indicator of the sensor front end identifier and the current flow direction of the measured current, and put the quota conductor in the middle of the sensor head.
Push the switching lever of the sensor to the "UNLOCK" flag disappeared, lock the probe, confirming that the overall portion is really closed. The test waveform, for example, the current transmission ratio of the CP8030B is selected from 0.1 V / A (30A range). By this formula, the voltage sensitivity of the waveform observer can be converted into current sensitivity. For example, when the voltage sensitivity of the waveform observer is 10 mV / div, the current sensitivity is 100 mA / div.
