The circuit is the simplest, and the components are very small, and can be used as a child toy or carry it with a non-door IC1 (74LS13), microphone MIC1 and four resistor capacitors. The required bias voltage required by the electret microphone is supplied from the power supply. The microphone signal is sent to the 5 foot of IC1, and the frequency modulation signal is output by 6 pin, transmitted from the antenna to the air. C2 has the effect of improving circuit sensitivity. C1 is the decoupling capacitor of the power supply, and any sharp peak interference that occurs can be suppressed, and the antenna can be used for ordinary short wires. The transmit frequency is about 100 MHz (third harmonics), working in the VHF frequency modulation band, and can receive the frequency modulation wave with a normal radio. The coverage of the transmitted signal is up to 20 meters. The circuit is sensitive, sometimes positive feedback (especially when holding in the hand).
