The RFX240 is a high-power, high linear power amplifier based on the industry's standard Bulk CMOS. Bulk CMOS is a shortest semiconductor system that is capable of designing RF wafers. The optimized RFX240 provides transmit power amplification function for IEEE 802.11b / g / n applications within 2.4 GHz frequency range.
It uses 5V power supply to provide 30dB of power gain and 26dBM linear output power, and current consumption is 30 mA lower than the power amplifier of the same competition.
