Secondary metadate from the World Wave - Based on the ESP32 web page flip radio clock circuit scheme design

Not long ago, I mentioned some colleagues that can make a simple flip display. (I actually made a cardboard and toothpick, it looks ... It is not very beautiful.) In fact, this is a DIY radio clock made by Japanese Magazine ("Adult Science") in April 2013, called (electric wave time), published Chinese translation in Taiwan. The magazine is always for you. Provide some help: mini electric guitar, astronomical, gramophone, small automation robot, vacuum tube AM radio, small printing machine, etc.) As the name suggests, the radio clock is calibrated through the radio signal. However, this signal is too weak and cannot be received in Taiwan, so it is useless. Some people use applications to manually generate signals in very close distances and very quiet environments, but this is not practical. The two flip of the clock display is driven by two DC motor. The principle is very simple: When a motor is energized, a lever will advance the outer gear, but the outer gear will immediately be blocked by another lever. Turn off the motor power, the first joystick will be returned to the original position. Therefore, each time it supplies a motor and cuts off its power, it will cause the display to exactly moving a gear position. There are two metal contacts outside the gear, which can be used to determine when they reach the default location (zero). Therefore, I decided to modify it to the network clock. (I actually bought my own clock device so that you can complete the modifications and experiments at home.) The motor is controlled by the LS9110S drive board, and the metal contact is connected to the pin of the microcontroller. Initially, I tried to use the ESP8266 development board ... found that they did not have enough GPIO pins. Therefore, I have changed one of the ESP32 development boards, namely nodemcu-32s. (It is slightly longer than ESP8266 NodeMCU V2 with the same width, which can be installed on the half-board board and the pin number is written below the board.) I also added the DS3231 RTS module I purchased to purchase and calculate time to store and calculate time, and also add TM1637 4-bit LED display and RGB LED modules to display certain system status. A power module (~ 700mA) is powered by most external components because the WiFi of ESP32 also needs to consume a lot of power! (For some reason, I can't power it directly to it directly. Therefore, two separate power supplies are now required.) The project has encoded and tested in Micropython V1.11. The DS3231 library I use is here, while the TM1637 library is located here. The mode of operation of the network clock is as follows: 1. Turn two motors until the two displays reach the default location, so that hardware and software synchronization (hours, and minute variables are also set to 0). 2. Initialize the DS3231 and TM1637 modules. (This is now performed to avoid the potential voltage drop in step 1.) 3. Connect to WiFi. (The RGB LED will flash in different colors to indicate the progress of the top three steps.) 4. Now enter the main loop: a. Every 3600000 milliseconds (1 hour), query the web time API, retrieve JSON data and extract time, and then update the system software RTS and DS3231 modules. b. Every 250 ms, read from the DS3231 (if possible; otherwise, using the system RTS time), and see if the display is required. C. If the user presses the button, turn the motor (manually calibrated). d. RGB LEDs change color each time the motor is turned. e. The TM1637 shows the actual RTS time so that the user can manually calibrate the clock as needed. If the ESP32 loses the WiFi connection, its brightness will dim.
