2, heart rate data calculated?
The method of calculating the heart rate of the exercise is as follows: Use 220 to subtract the age of the experimenter, this is the maximum heart rate, then calculate the lowest exercise heart rate and the highest exercise heart rate with the following formula:
Age = 220 a maximum heart rate (MHR);
MHR * 0.6 = minimum exercise heart rate;
MHR * 0.9 = highest exercise heart rate.
3, data analysis
Between the lowest exercise heart rate and the highest exercise heart rate, it is the range of personal exercise heart rate.
If the experimental results are within the scope, the physical condition is good, exercise is sufficient;
The experimental results are outside the scope, and the physical condition of the experiment is poor and should strengthen exercise.
