Textbook circuit design program - DIY a dynamic solar open-air lamp

This video is a solar lighting module by using a repair solar panel and lithium battery DIY, which is an update to the solar light of a simple NPN transistor DIY before. This version uses the A2SHB MOSFET commonly used in Chinese products, which is a great device, so I bought some and decided to try one in this project. A2SHB MOSFET is surface mount, so I also specifically designed a PCB board designed for this device, named the gate, source and drain of the MO SFET pin, the source and drain of the emitter. In addition, I often think about the way electron movement, the lithium battery should be a protected type, and the solar panel should output about 6V voltage at a current about 250 mA to protect the diode from overcurrent. I have some Schottky diodes to be upgraded. One of the advantages of this design is to easily select the LED current, so if you want to get outdoor visual effects throughout the winter, you can choose a lower current (only a 100 ohms resistance). As the battery voltage decreases, the light intensity and current are also declining, so the lighting usually operates at very low power overnight.
