In today's world, hydrogen can be recognized as a clean energy and is becoming a low carbon and zero carbon energy. The hydrogen fuel cell is a power generation device that directly converts hydrogen and oxygen directly into electrical energy, and the basic principle is the inverse reaction of electrolytic water. Hydrogen and oxygen are supplied to the anode and cathode, and hydrogen diffuses outwardly through the anode and reacted with the electrolyte, and the emitted electrons reaches the cathode through the external load. The hydrogen fuel cell has three advantages:
The first is no pollution. The hydrogen fuel cell has no contamination to the environment. It is the most typical traditional spare power solution for electrochemical reactions rather than combustion (steam, diesel) or energy storage (battery). Traditional battery combustments will release contaminants such as Cox, NOx, SOX gases, and dust. As mentioned above, the hydrogen fuel cell produces only water and heat. If hydrogen is generated by renewable energy (photovoltaic battery board, wind power, etc.), the entire cycle process does not completely produce harmful substances.
Secondly there is no noise. The hydrogen fuel cell operates quietly, the noise is only 55 dB, which is equivalent to the normal person's conversation level. This makes the fuel cell suitable for indoor installation or in place for outdoor noise.
The third is high efficiency. The power generation efficiency of the hydrogen fuel cell can reach more than 50%. This depends on the conversion characteristics of the fuel cell. Chemical energy is directly converted to electrical energy, without thermal energy and mechanical energy (generator) intermediate conversion.
Due to these advantages of hydrogen fuel batteries, Boeing successfully tested small aircraft driven by hydrogen fuel cells on 3 April 2008. Boeing claims that this is the first time in the history of world aviation, indicating that the aviation industry will become more powerful and environmentally friendly. The aircraft uses a higher performance and higher efficient hydrogen fuel cells to prove the application potential of hydrogen fuel cell technology. The fuel system uses hydrogen as a fuel to convert it directly into electric energy, and electrochemically reacted with oxygen in the air, without burning, the only by-product is water. If a renewable energy is used to produce hydrogen fuel, the aircraft engine is completely free of carbon dioxide.
However, in the production and application of hydrogen fuel cells, there may be a certain risk of H2 leaks in the battery. H2 leakage causes the performance of the fuel cell to decrease, and H2 is a flammable gas, excessive accumulation causes a large implicit safety hazard, and therefore, the hydrogen detection is required, and the hydrogen detector is inevitable.

Online hydrogen detection alarm. Online hydrogen detection alarm consists of gas detection alarm controller and a fixed hydrogen detector, the gas detection alarm controller can be placed in a duty room, monitoring each monitoring point, the hydrogen detector is mounted to the most probable location of the gas The core components are gas sensors. The hydrogen detector converts the hydrogen concentration detected by the sensor into an electrical signal, transmitted to the gas detection alarm controller via the cable, the higher the gas concentration, the stronger the electrical signal, when the gas concentration reaches or exceeds the alarm point set by the alarm controller The gas detection alarm controller issues an alarm signal and can activate an external device such as a solenoid valve, an exhaust fan, and automatically eliminate hidden dangers.
