Dismantlement step
The glass rear cover is fixed, heated and removed. Catto with a film-free waterproof uses upper and lower stacked, effective space.
The top antenna module and the bottom speaker module are fixed by screws.
NFC coils, laser focus sensor soft plates, laser focus sensor soft boards, motherboards, and earpsers are secured to the antenna module.
2 FPC antennas are also attached to the antenna module.
When removing the motherboard, it is found that there is a screw that is often visible in the Apple mobile phone in addition to the screws shared with the antenna module.
The rear three-fitting, 64MP main photo, 8MP wide angle macro camera and 32MP portrait camera. Where the main photo CMOS model is Samsung S5kgw1, the portrait CMOS model is S5kgd1.

The radio frequency coaxial is not located on the side of the mobile phone, but is traversed in the shield, and is fixed by a metal sheet on the shield. The IC and devices outside the motherboard shield are protected by dispensing.
Both the BTB interface is posted on a cotton. The camera position has graphite hot paste.
The battery is fixed, and the side is easy to pull tape, which is easy to replace the battery.
The fingerprint recognition module and the vibrator motor are fixed. The earphone hole soft plate is fixed to the groove through the plastic sheet, and the handset is in the groove directly engaged in the support.
The microphone and speakers are posted on the red gum sleeve, which has a certain dust-proof and waterproof.
The thermally conductive copper pipe is fixed between the internal support and the screen, and can be removed by separating the screen and the inner support by the heating station.
The screen uses Samsung 6.44 inch 2400x1080 SUPER AMOLED screen.
Summary information
The X30 machine uses three-segment design, with a total of 23 screws for fixing.
The internal protection measures are preferred. The bare ICs and devices on the motherboard are protected, and the BTB interface has bubbles. There is also a red gum sleeve in each opening, which plays a certain waterproof effect.
In terms of heat dissipation, the copper tube liquid cooling heat, a large-area graphite sheet, but also coated on the motherboard.
