Water level detection module

Detect the water level in the water tank to save extra water and electricity. Hardware components: Universal transistor NPN × 4 Resistance 220 ohm × 6 LED (universal) × 3 Buzzer × 1 9V battery (universal) × 1 9V to barrel jack connector × 1 Custom PCB × 1 Software applications and online services: Kicad Water tank water is coming out of the cause of water waste. Although there are many solutions, such as the ball valve, once it is filled with water, it will automatically stop the water flow. Therefore, there is a fast and practical DIY that can guide you to create a circuit to sense the water level and make alert when the water tank is filled with or reaches the preset water level. This transistor-based simple water level indicator circuit is very useful for the water level in the water tank. Whenever they are filled with water tanks, we will receive alert at a specific level. We created 4 levels (low, medium, strong and full) here, so we can build more alerts. We inserted three LEDs to indicate three initial levels (A, B, C) and a buzzer to represent the total (d). Schematic project description When the water level reaches A, the circuit is done with red LED and transistor Q1, and the red LED is illuminated. Similarly, when the water level reaches the B point, the yellow LED and the transistor Q2 circuit are completed, the yellow LED lights melt, and the C point also illuminates. Then, when the water tank is filled (D point), the circuit with the buzzer sounds, and the buzzer begins to make a beep. BC-547 transistor The BC547 transistor is an NPN transistor. Transistors is just a resistance transmission for amplifying current. The small current of the base terminal of the transistor will control the large current of the emitter and the base terminal. The main function of the transistor is amplified and switching purposes. The maximum gain current of the transistor is 800A. • PIN1 (collector): This pin is indicated by symbol "C", and the current flows through the electrode terminal. • PIN2 (base): This pin controls the bias of the transistor. · PIN3 (emitter): current is output through the emitter terminal PCB design 3D model (top view)
