1602LCD using a standard 16-pin interface, which:

1st leg: VSS to ground power

2 feet: VDD then 5V positive power supply

3 feet: V0 for the LCD display contrast adjustment end, then, when the contrast is the weakest power supply, ground power when the contrast of the highest contrast ratio is too high will lead to "ghosting", when used by a 10K potentiometer to adjust the contrast of the

4 feet: RS for the register selection, the selection of high data registers, the selection of low-level instruction register.

Section 5 feet: R / W for read and write signal lines, when read high, low level when writing. When the RS and RW can be written together for the low-level instruction or display address, when RS is high for the low RW can be read busy signal, when RS is high for the low RW can write data.

6-pin: E-side order to be able to end, when the E Duanyou high jump into a low, the LCD module execute the command.

7 ~ 14-pin: D0 ~ D7 for the 8-bit bi-directional data line.

How far(long) the transmitter cover?

The transmission range depends on many factors. The true distance is based on the antenna installing height , antenna gain, using environment like building and other obstructions , sensitivity of the receiver, antenna of the receiver . Installing antenna more high and using in the countryside , the distance will much more far.

EXAMPLE 5W FM Transmitter use in the city and hometown:

I have a USA customer use 5W fm transmitter with GP antenna in his hometown ,and he test it with a car, it cover 10km(6.21mile).

I test the 5W fm transmitter with GP antenna in my hometown ,it cover about 2km(1.24mile).

I test the 5W fm transmitter with GP antenna in Guangzhou city ,it cover about only 300meter(984ft).
