50W FM Transmitter for FM Radio Broadcast Station FSN-50B+1/2 wave dipole antenna KIT
FMUSER is now presenting a new version of 50w FM transmitter with well made chassis and fine workmanship. It has professional stereo sound with excellent separation, very small distortion and good Signal/Noise ratio. The advanced temperature and SWR protection mode keep the transmitter in safe during operation.
It has outstanding features as below:
1. High speed fans, better ventilating effects. Fans spin at low speed when the device works normally, if the temperature gets high, fans spin faster. If the fans stop spinning, they need to be replaced.
2. Pre-emphasis adjustable by 0us-50us-75us,compatible with all standards worldwide
3. Added volume display, blank means -30db, 1 grid less than full is 0db (same as default output of mixer), full grid is +3db.
4. Default volume output is 0db, it's adjustable from -9db to 9db for all mixers use.
5. All adjustments of the knob are quiet, no more noisy.
6. Standard 1U chassis, more delicate appearance.
7. All operations will be done through transmitter, easy and fast!
8. Aside from all above, this transmitter could be used as a perfect exciter for high power amplifiers.

A dipole antenna is a radio antenna that can be made of aluminum, copper, and bronze tube with a center-fed driven element. It consists of two metal conductors of rod, oriented parallel and collinear with each other (in line with each other), with a small space between them.
The dipole antenna is a particularly important form of RF antenna which is very widely used for radio transmitting and receiving applications. The dipole is often used on its own as an RF antenna, but it also forms the essential element in many other types of RF antenna. As such it is the possibly the most important form of RF antenna.
A half-wave dipole antenna means the length of this dipole antenna is equal to a half-wavelength at the frequency of operation.

Why do we recommend this dipole antenna?
1).The half-wave dipole is very clear and easy for frequency adjustation, there are scales on the side bar of the antenna from which you can adjust the frequency from 88~108 by 1mhz stepping.
2).The dipole is a simple antenna to construct and use, and many of the calculations are quite straightforward.

How far(long) the transmitter cover?
The transmission range depends on many factors. The true distance is based on the antenna installing height , antenna gain, using environment like building and other obstructions , sensitivity of the receiver, antenna of the receiver . Installing antenna more high and using in the countryside , the distance will much more far.
EXAMPLE 5W FM Transmitter use in the city and hometown:
I have a USA customer use 5W fm transmitter with GP antenna in his hometown ,and he test it with a car, it cover 10km(6.21mile).
I test the 5W fm transmitter with GP antenna in my hometown ,it cover about 2km(1.24mile).
I test the 5W fm transmitter with GP antenna in Guangzhou city ,it cover about only 300meter(984ft).
