ADI introduces high integrated RX / TX converter HMC8100 and HMC8200

The HMC8200 intermediate frequency transmitter chip converts industry standards 300 MHz to 400 MHz intermediate frequency input signals to 800 MHz to 4000 MHz single-ended RF signals in output. The HMC8200 has the intermediate frequency input power range of -31 dBm to +4 DBM, providing 35 dB digital gain control at 1 DB, and analog voltage gain amplifier continuously controls the output power of -20 dBm to +5 DBM.
