AMPLEON launches BPF0910H9X600 tray amplifier to reduce power consumption and operating costs

On July 6, Empleon Semiconductor (AMPLEON) announced today to launch the BPF0910H9X600 tray amplifier, which is a complete 600W RF power LDMOS module for industries, science and medical applications that work in the 915MHz ISM band. The RF power transistor in this solid-state amplifier uses the 9th generation 50vLDMOS process of Emperin Lilong. It is specially designed to meet the companies that wish to speed up the product's launch time by using the ready-made radio amplifier, rather than hoping to expect the company's designs. This amplifier tray is particularly suitable for industrial heating applications, such as bulk food processing, wood drying or cleaning and material processing by producing plasma. This pallet amplifier operates within a frequency range of 902MHz to 928MHz, and the matching resistance input to the output is 50Ω, so it is convenient to integrate into the RF system. The BPF0910H9X600 is powered by a 50V DC power supply, which is very efficient (usually 68%), so power consumption and operating costs can be reduced. This RF power LDMOS module is an ideal substitute for traditional magnetron systems. BPF0910H9X600 has better reliability compared to the magnetron and does not require high voltage power. This tray integrates a built-in temperature sensor that provides supermatting protection against amplifiers and end systems.
