Cut, interval, and label backing
Considering the length of the LED and the width of the insulation, I decided to cut 9 21-inch UV LED light strips. I did some mathematical operations, and then I wanted to separate them 2.75 inches - I was worried about whether they were further spread and may begin to affect the quality of the light.
According to experience, I know that the LED lamp strip does not stick to the side of the polyester film of the foil insulation layer, but the adhesive on the lamp strip does stick to the tape.
I measured 9 straps to span, and made some tags that I would like to place where the tape support strip is placed. I finally got a pattern of 21 inches x 21 inch square LED light strip.
Cut and place the LED lamp strip
Cut the LED light is very easy. There is a specified location on the paper volume, you can cut every 3 LEDs. The sliced LED is also a weld spot.
The next step is to remove the strip for the LED adhesive, then press the rubber strip into the surface of the lamp.
