I started this construction in 2018 and prove that the Nano Talon body is a very valuable commercial candidate, with good payload and huge flight time, while it can be fully operated. NANO Talon can break down into small pieces for transportation / storage.
So far, I am using the WedMOS D1 Mini PRO with an external antenna (YAGI or rubber duck) to receive the beacon frame, record them into the SD card with the RSSI value (if you fly in the grid, you can find more Accurate direction) to view the MAC address list and drawing using Google Earth / Maps. I can easily transfer it to the ground immediately through the LORA or NRF module. This will be recorded as separate versions of the hardware.
