MAX11047 / MAX11048 / MAX11049 16-bit

MAX11047 / MAX11048 / MAX11049 16-bit ADC provide 4, 6 or 8 separate input channels, respectively. The device has independent sampling / hold (T / H) and SAR circuitry, and can simultaneously sample each channel at a rate of 250 kSPS. The MAX11047 / MAX11048 / MAX11049 has an input range of 0 to + 5V, an internal ± 20mA input clamp circuit with a simple external resistance to provide super-range protection for all inputs.
