    MAX11606-MAX11611 low power consumption, 10-bit, multi-channel analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with internal sampling / hold (T / H) circuit, voltage reference, clock, and I2C compatible 2-wire serial interface. The series of devices powered by 2.7V to 3.6V (MAX11607 / MAX11609 / MAX11611) or 4.5V to 5.5V (MAX11606 / MAX11608 / MAX11610) single power supply, only 670μA current at maximum 94.4 kSPS sample rate. When the sample rate is less than 46kSPS, the power supply is reduced to 230 μA. The AutoShutdownTM function degrades the power supply to 1 μA below the conversion intermittent offset device. The MAX11606 / MAX11607 provides four analog input channels, and the MAX11608 / MAX11609 provides eight analog input channels, respectively, and the MAX11610 / MAX11611 provides 12 analog input channels. Full differential analog inputs can be configured as unipolar or bipolarity, as well as single-ended or differential operating modes. The full-scale analog input range is determined by an internal reference or an external connection 1V to VDD reference voltage. The MAX11607 / MAX11609 / MAX11611 has a 2.048V internal reference, and the MAX11606 / MAX11608 / MAX11610 has an internal reference of 4.096V. The MAX11606 / MAX11607 uses 8-pin μmax® package, and MAX11608-MAX11611 uses a 16-pin QSOP package. The MAX11606-MAX11611 operates in an extended temperature range (-40 ° C to + 85 ° C).
