MAX11612-MAX11617 low power 12-bit multi-channel analog-to-digital converter (ADC)

MAX11612-MAX11617 low power consumption, 12-bit, multi-channel analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with internal sampling / hold (T / H) circuit, voltage reference, clock, and I2C compatible 2-wire serial interface. The series of devices powered by 2.7V to 3.6V (MAX11613 / MAX11615 / MAX11617) or 4.5V to 5.5V (MAX11612 / MAX11614 / MAX11616) single power supply, consumes only 670μA current at maximum 94.4 kSPS sample rate. When the sample rate is less than 46kSPS, the power supply is reduced to 230 μA. The AutoShutdownTM function degrades the power supply to 1 μA below the conversion intermittent offset device. The MAX11612 / MAX11613 provides four analog input channels, and the MAX11614 / MAX11615 provides eight analog input channels, respectively, and the MAX11616 / MAX11617 provides 12 analog input channels. Full differential analog inputs can be configured as unipolar or bipolarity, as well as single-ended or differential operating modes. The full-scale analog input range is determined by an internal reference or an external connection 1V to VDD reference voltage. The MAX11613 / MAX11615 / MAX11617 has a 2.048V internal reference, and the MAX11612 / MAX11614 / MAX11616 has an internal reference of 4.096V. MAX11612 / MAX11613 adopts 8-pin μmax® package, and MAX11614-MAX11617 uses a 16-pin QSOP package. The MAX11612-MAX11617 operates in the extended temperature range (-40 ° C to + 85 ° C).
