    MAX11646 / MAX11647 low power consumption, 10-bit, 1/2 channel analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with internal sampling / hold (T / H) circuit, voltage reference, clock, and I2C compatible 2-wire serial interface. These two devices are powered by 2.7V to 3.6V (MAX11647) or 4.5V to 5.5V (MAX11646) single power supply, which consumes only 670μA current at maximum 94.4kSPS sample rate. When the sample rate is less than 40 kSPS, the power supply is reduced to 230 μA. The AutoShutdownTM function degrades the power supply to 1 μA below the conversion intermittent offset device. MAX11646 / MAX11647 can measure 2 single-ended or 1 way difference input. Full differential analog inputs can be configured as unipolar or bipolarity, as well as single-ended or differential operating modes. The full-scale analog input range is determined by the internal reference or external 1V to VDD reference voltage. The MAX11647 has a 2.048V internal reference, and the MAX11646 has a 4.096V internal reference. The MAX11646 / MAX11647 uses an 8-pin μmax® package, operating in the extended temperature range (-40 ° C to + 85 ° C).
