3. S-pen smart pen

4. Step 1: remove the rear cover
There is a nail cap size gap in the upper right corner of the back of Galaxy note, where the back cover can be easily removed with nails.

5. Step 2 remove the frame
Here, the middle frame of the mobile phone is fixed with cross screws, a total of 9. It is very simple to remove all the fixing screws on the back with a small screwdriver.
The screen and the middle frame are fastened together with plastic clips. Insert the nail into the gap between the screen and the bracket, slide along the side, and gently force the frame and the screen apart.

6. Step 3 remove the antenna module
The lower part is the main antenna module of the mobile phone. The antenna is made at the bottom of the mobile phone to reduce radiation. Loosen the 3 fixing screws at the bottom and remove the antenna module.

7. Step 4 remove the main board
Now remove some cable connectors on the motherboard. Note that there are two fixing screws and the antenna. This antenna is connected to the bottom auxiliary board.

8. Step 5 remove the shielding block
All important modules are on this motherboard. Remove the shielding block on it.

9. Step 6 remove the main camera

10. step 7 remove the headphone socket
Now there are only some small modules left. First, remove the EMI shielding block at the top, which shields the interference of headphone signals.
Then you can remove the earphone socket. Although there is glue, it is easy to remove without special tools. Earphone socket is a commonly used 3.5mm socket.
It is also connected with a distance proximity sensor.
11. Step 8 remove the front camera
Also under the EMI shielding block, gently remove the front camera, which is also stuck with glue. Take it down slowly and carefully.
The front camera is 2 megapixels and the video format is VGA mode. Connected to the camera is a light sensor.
12. Step 9 remove the auxiliary plate
Now you can take out the accessory circuit board with USB interface connected to the antenna.

13. Step 10
The touch screen and the bracket are integrated together. A special tool, hot air gun, is required to remove it.
However, you can see the touch screen control chip used. The identification of the chip is vague, but it can be seen that it is produced by ATMEL company.
Galaxy note supports multi touch. According to the report of chipworks, ATMEL control chip mxt540e should be adopted. Based on 32-bit AVR processor architecture, it supports medium-sized touch screen.
