Overview The CISPR 16 divides the frequency range into several bands and defines specific antennas for each band. For frequency ranges above 1 GHz, CISPR 16 provides for radiation noise measurements using a wideband angle antenna. The standard broadband angular antenna used for EMC is expensive, and the covered frequency range far exceeds a typical low-cost EMC pre-compatible spectrum analyzer. In order to provide an antenna optimized for 1 GHz or more EMC test applications, Tekbox designed TBMA4 double ridge antenna, price moderate, a reasonable product, suitable for EMC radiation harassment pre-inclusive test and field strength antenna. TBMA4 features 1 GHz to 8 GHz, and have typical double ridge horn antenna. TBMA4 is a small double ridge trumpet antenna, and its radiating element is made of a PCB substrate plated with an edge. The outer casing is made of stainless steel. It is equipped with a standard mother n-type joint and is equipped with a "pistol" tripod. The standard 1/4 inch thread at the bottom of the antenna can be easily connected to most standard tripods. Alternatively, the rear of the antenna can be equipped with a degree of mounting plate.
