Windows 10 Build 20279 Release: No new features

Members of the Windows Insider project for the DEV channel, Microsoft rarely released the Windows 10 Build 20279 preview version update on Monday. Build 20279 is affiliated with Fe_Release development branches, and this version is the reason why Microsoft wants to ensure that preview is issued within the time periodic time period.
