TV Transmitter
The FMUSER digital TV exciter with FPGA+DDS technology architecture with external new software radio technology, the full-chip soldering process and few components achieve superior performance while ensuring product quality reliability and performance consistency.
The device has 2 ASI inputs, 1 ASI loop out, and 1 RS232 interface.Support built-in GPS module (optional), support 2 IP input;
Full support for all working modes covered by various digital TV standards, with GPS 10MHz and 1PPS input and output ports;
Support single frequency network, satellite single frequency network and multi-frequency network working mode;
Support linear and nonlinear adaptive correction, nonlinear correction ACPR boost 12db (typical), linear correction in-band flatness correction gain 10db (typical), can improve the output performance of the transmitter.
The imported high-power FET (LDMOS) suitable for digital TV signal amplification is used as a power amplifier with excellent performance index and large power redundancy.
The pre-excitation amplifier adopts ALC circuit to ensure the stability of the output signal.
Excellent RF output performance and frequency stability, supporting local and remote configuration modulation parameters.
The whole machine has protection functions such as standing wave ratio, over power, over current, over voltage and over temperature.
High-efficiency switching power supply, long-life axial flow fan, large LCD screen display working parameters in real time.
The whole machine adopts 19" standard cabinet to work stably and reliably.

● Digital TV exciter with external new FPGA+DDS technology architecture, superior performance, high reliability and good consistency. Full support for all working modes of digital TV broadcast exciter's various standard coverage, supporting single/multi-frequency network mode supporting both multi-carrier and single-carrier.
● Support linear nonlinear adaptive correction pre-distortion function, advanced adaptive algorithm, call the corresponding calibration curve according to the communication interface command, especially optimized for multi-fit high-efficiency power amplifier, the correction effect is excellent.
● Digital TV exciter built-in GPS module (optional), support 2 channels of IP input, support full duplex, single network port simultaneous bidirectional transmission, support automatic switching of four input signals, mutual backup, support for all input streams simultaneously The ability of the effective bit rate to detect. When the effective code rate of the main path is lower than the threshold, it will automatically switch to the next stream with the effective code rate higher than the threshold, and issue an alarm. ● The power amplifier unit consists of four independent 300W power amplifiers. Each 300W power amplifier hot-swap module is installed in a 2U high 19-inch standard plug-in box. How far(long) the transmitter cover?
The transmission range depends on many factors. The true distance is based on the antenna installing height , antenna gain, using environment like building and other obstructions , sensitivity of the receiver, antenna of the receiver . Installing antenna more high and using in the countryside , the distance will much more far.
EXAMPLE 5W FM Transmitter use in the city and hometown:
I have a USA customer use 5W fm transmitter with GP antenna in his hometown ,and he test it with a car, it cover 10km(6.21mile).
I test the 5W fm transmitter with GP antenna in my hometown ,it cover about 2km(1.24mile).
I test the 5W fm transmitter with GP antenna in Guangzhou city ,it cover about only 300meter(984ft).
